"State Farm is a reputable company, but good service on car insurance begins & ends with your local agent. Herbie Strange's office is top notch! Every staff member is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They go above & beyond is helping to solve issues doing everything they can to bring things to a good resolution. Everyone is capable, but Jennifer in particular was very helpful in helping to resolve a complicated matter. She stayed in touch with me & worked diligently to help us find acceptable solutions & represented us well with the main claims office. "I have had several different insurance companies throughout my life. We have had Herbie State Farm for several years now. When inquiring several years ago, speaking to Kyle whom made our insurance needs extremely exceptional and we joined right away. Yesterday I called and spoke to Jennifer about some insurance questions. Let me tell you about Jennifer! Jennifer not only answered the question I called about but she then took a look over our insurance. She ended up savings us a lot of more money off of our insurance. She then took the extra time to explain other insurance needs we may need. Thank you Jennifer! You went above and beyond for us!
